Insurance
Payment is due at time of service. Cash, check, Health Savings Account (HSA) and debit/credit cards are accepted. Gift certificates are also available.
A receipt can be provided upon request to be submitted to insurance. The Bowenwork modality is billed under manual/myofascial therapy (CPT code 97140). Some clients report getting reimbursed through their health savings accounts (HSA). PIP can be billed as well.
Cancellation policy
Blueprint Bowenwork does their best to accomodate existing and new clients. We ask that you allow 24 hours before the scheduled time to cancel or change your appointment, allowing us time to fill your spot if you are unable to show. If you miss your appointment within 24 hours notice, you are responsible for paying for your session.
